Sohail in Media

In the interest to put an end to the social stigma attached to the people who’re mentally struggling, I have made appearances on different media platforms, including television, radio, social media, and written a few blogs. During my research in masters in counseling, I discovered how shame and embarrassment plays a vital role in keeping people from reaching out for help back home.

The continually prevailing societal stigma in Pakistan has always hindered the peace one could’ve possibly gained via external help. By addressing these pertaining issues on social media platforms, I plan to call a halt to the stigma and make every possible attempt to ascend people’s mental health.
